"Bad first impression, but checkout worked"
My first impression of buying on Ticketsauce wasn’t great, honestly. The checkout page felt a little clunky right away, and I was already annoyed before I even finished. It did load fine, and I got my confirmation email quickly, so at least the important part worked.

Still, the process could’ve been smoother. Some fees seemed to show up later than expected, and there were a few extra clicks that made it feel more confusing than it needed to be. I got my ticket in the end, but the overall experience didn’t exactly start off on the right foot.

"Mobile tickets shouldn’t be this frustrating"
I tried pulling up my tickets on my phone, and they either kept loading forever or showed up blank. I had to get staff involved, which made me lose my place in the line and felt unfair. If a company is going to require mobile tickets, they should make sure the system actually works and doesn’t waste people’s time. Next time, I’d much rather have a regular PDF I can save and open without the stress.

"It gets the job done, but reports could be smoother"
I’ve used a few ticketing platforms in the past for keeping an eye on sales and event numbers, and TicketSauce is decent overall. The basic analytics are helpful and I can usually find what I need, but some of the reports feel a little clunky to get to. I wish the filters and exports were quicker because that would make tracking everything a lot easier. It’s not bad by any means, just not the smoothest experience when you’re trying to check numbers fast

"Customization felt a bit too limited for me"
I was hoping I’d be able to tweak more things and set it up in a way that felt more personal, but there just wasn’t much room to make changes. It kind of felt like I was stuck working within a narrow setup, and after a while I started feeling boxed in because I couldn’t really adjust things the way I wanted.

"No surprise fees at checkout"
I liked using TicketSauce because the fees were shown upfront. Since nothing was hidden until the last step, I wasn’t surprised by the total when it was time to pay. I’ve used other ticket sites where the price suddenly goes up at checkout, so this felt much easier and more honest. The checkout was simple, and I knew exactly what I was paying for. I’d use it again.

"Pretty easy overall, but a little clunky"
I used Ticketsauce and it was mostly easy to figure out. Like most platforms, you can get around without too much trouble once you click around a bit. A couple of the pages were kind of confusing and felt slow, which seems to happen with these kinds of tools all the time. It worked fine in the end, but it wasn’t exactly the smoothest experience ever.

"helpful tools, but a little clunky"
i used TicketSauce to promote a few local events, and overall it did the job. the basic tools were useful and definitely helped get the word out. that said, setting some things up felt a bit clunky, and i had to click around more than i expected. it works fine, but if you're in a rush, it could feel a little frustrating.

"Surprisingly Worth Every Penny"
We used Ticketsauce for our event, it ended up being a total lifesaver. The fees didn’t feel outrageous, setup was painless, and it handled everything we needed without turning into some epic nightmare. For the price, I’d say it was absolutely worth it.

I used TicketSauce for an event, and the setup was mostly fine, but I felt rushed trying to get everything sorted. I had a question about a ticket issue and sent it in, expecting at least a quick response, but I didn’t hear back until the next day.
When they finally replied, the answer was really brief, so I had to follow up again, which made things more stressful than they needed to be. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but if people are waiting on ticket help, support really needs to move faster.

"I set this up after dinner one..."
I set this up after dinner one night while I still had coffee sitting on my desk, and it was way easier to adjust than I expected. The setup felt flexible, so I could tweak things the way I wanted without getting stuck, and it ended up saving me a lot of time.
